By submitting this application, you (individually and collectively, as the listed business and business owner/officer, hereafter referred to as “you”) authorize Lynx Pont Funding and its representatives, successors, assigns, and designees involved in or acquiring commercial financing transactions, including Merchant Cash Advances or similar products (“Transactions”), to obtain consumer, personal, business, and investigative reports about you. This may include credit reports and statements from agencies such as TransUnion, Experian, Equifax, and IdentityIQ, as well as banks, creditors, government agencies, and other third parties (collectively, “Recipients”).

You further authorize Lynx Pont Funding to transmit this application and any related information obtained in connection with it to the Recipients for evaluation purposes. You consent to the release of information by any creditor or financial institution related to you, to Lynx Pont Funding and the Recipients, and authorize Lynx Pont Funding to communicate with these Recipients on your behalf. This includes representing you during the Transactions and facilitating communication.
